Shipping and handling fees

Is there a shipping charge?

Nationwide shipping fee: 660 yen (1320 yen for Okinawa)
Free shipping for purchases of 5,000 yen or more (excluding tax).

Are there any transaction fees?

If you pay by credit card, there is no fee.
For cash on delivery, the charge is 330 yen for orders under 10,000 yen.
440 yen for orders between 10,000 yen and 30,000 yen
660 yen for amounts between 30,000 yen and 100,000 yen
If the amount is between 100,000 yen and 300,000 yen, a fee of 1,210 yen will be charged.

Exchanges, returns and cancellations

Can I return or exchange it?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective products.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges after an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

I received a different product than what I ordered.

We sincerely apologize. If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us using the contact information listed on the warranty card.

I received a defective item.

About the Service

How should I care for my jewelry?

If you leave your purchased product wet with sweat, it may discolor or corrode, so we recommend that you wipe it with a soft cloth after use and store it. Metal materials will develop small scratches and stains as you use them. We recommend regular cleaning to ensure that you can use them for a long time. Do not use a polishing cloth containing abrasives on products with a coating on the surface as this may remove the coating.

When will sold out items be restocked?

Stock availability varies by product, and some items may not be restocked. If you let us know the part number of the product you are considering, we will let you know if and when it is scheduled to be restocked.

Can you engrave the ring?

This is available for a fee only for orders made through our online shop. The number of characters that can be engraved varies depending on the design and size. Please contact us for details.

I want to know about aftercare

All regular products, except for bridal rings, come with a 90-day product guarantee from the date of shipment. If a defect occurs during normal use, we will provide a free service. Items that have passed the 90-day period, as well as resizing and cleaning, are available for a fee. In addition, cleaning and refinishing of bridal rings are free for life.

About ring size

To measure your ring size, wrap a string around your finger and measure the length to determine the circumference of your finger.
Measure the finger on which you would like to wear the ring around the second knuckle (the widest part of your finger).
Please check the ring size chart below to find your approximate ring size.

For wider rings, you will need to go up at least one size, so please order one to two sizes larger than your measurements.

About engraving service

We can engrave your choice of text only for products that are eligible for engraving.
Alphabetic letters: Uppercase letters Numbers: 0-9
Symbols: Peace sign, star, and diamond sign can be included.

If you would like to have an engraving, please add the item to your shopping cart and then write your request in the comments section at the bottom of the payment options.

If you wish to purchase multiple items

*If payment is made at the same time as regular products, the items will be shipped once all products are received.
Therefore, delivery will take approximately 4 weeks.
If you would like to receive only regular items quickly, please complete your order for each item in a separate shopping cart.

About repairs and alterations

At 203Jewelry, we offer repairs and resizing services so that you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time.

Once we have confirmed your quote, we will issue you a receipt number.
When you send it,

*Please note that if the product we receive is unable to be repaired, we may return it to you without repairing it.

The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
Repair costs will be paid by cash on delivery.
Payment will be made based on the repair cost, shipping fee, and COD fee.
Payment can be made by cash or credit card at the time of delivery via Yamato Transport.

We will ship your order within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
*Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to the year-end and New Year holidays and other circumstances.

You can specify your desired delivery date from 10 days after the order date.
Please select your preferred delivery time from the options below.

For custom category products, it takes about one month to make them after receiving your order. You can specify a desired delivery time, but you cannot specify a delivery date.

Regarding bridal rings, please consult with us and we will contact you directly after receiving your order to inform you of the delivery date.

About email

Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
We will also send you a shipping completion email when the product is shipped.
If you have not received the email, it is possible that emails from "@203jewelry.com" are being blocked. If you have restricted your receiving account, please make the necessary settings.

I haven't received an order confirmation email

For some reason, you may not be able to receive the message.
*If you have registered as a member, please check your purchase history.
If your purchase history shows your order has been completed, then rest assured.

If you don't receive an email, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. Your order has not been confirmed
2. The email address you entered is incorrect.
3. The email has been sorted into the spam box
4. The registered email address is a mobile phone address and is set to reject emails (even if you can receive emails from other online shopping sites, you may not be able to receive emails from our store.
